It seems to dictate peace somehow, partially because the only other photos I've seen that are similar to that are on the news, showing a bombed out bus in Iraq rather than a bus sitting there and doing nothing, with "Happy Jerny" written on the side. But it's all from my perspective, as Iraq News is the only Middle-Eastern influence on my life. This picture seems to beg to differ.
